Terms of Service

By engaging Oakmont Cleaning Solutions, you agree to these terms.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided and may vary depending on property condition, access, and scope.
Services are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scope of Work
Services are limited to the agreed inclusions at the time of booking.
Any additional work requested on-site or outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Cleaning outcomes are dependent on the condition of the property.
Property Condition
Pricing assumes standard wear and tear.
Excessively dirty, neglected, or hazardous properties may incur additional fees.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in unsafe conditions.
Access and Utilities
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
Electricity and water must be available at the time of service.
Failure to provide access or utilities may result in additional charges.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
For non-major failures, we will rectify the issue within a reasonable time.
Bond Back Guarantee
The bond back guarantee applies only to cleaning services within the agreed scope.
It is limited to re-attendance and does not guarantee automatic bond return.
It excludes damage, wear and tear, and issues outside cleaning scope.
GST and Invoicing
All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Tax invoices will be issued upon completion or upon request.
Late payments may incur administrative and recovery costs.
We reserve the right to engage debt recovery services where necessary.
Commercial Client Terms
Real estate agents, property managers, and builders must confirm scope prior to service.
Variations requested after commencement may incur additional charges.
Ongoing services may be subject to separate agreements.
Sites must be ready and accessible at the time of booking.
Liability
Oakmont Cleaning Solutions is fully insured.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to re-supply of services or the cost of the service.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faulty fixtures.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from unstable or poorly installed items.
Photos and Evidence
We may take before and after photos for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
These images may be used internally or as evidence if required.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Satisfaction and Re-attendance
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours in writing.
Clients must allow access for re-attendance.
Third-party cleaning voids any re-attendance obligation.
